What if I want to rent my residence?
You may allow others to use your residence as your guest or you may make your
residence available for vacation rental through the property management division.
You will receive the rental income from your residence less a rental commission.
What fees do owners pay?
Owners pay an annual fee (billed quarterly) for the professional management
and operation of their residence and the common areas of the community. These
fees represent each owner's pro-rata portion of funds which include but are not
limited to staff salaries, supplies, maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds,
and roads, trash removal, legal/accounting, fuel, utilities, property taxes,
transportation, insurance, a reserve fund for the replacement and/or refurbishing
of the facilities, and other costs of operating the community.
What housekeeping services are included in the annual fee?
As part of the annual fee, owners and guests receive a full daily cleaning
when in residence.
What concierge services are available?
The Punta Dominical concierge staff can arrange for a wide array of personal
services. You may request services not listed.
- Laundry/dry cleaning
- Valet
- Four-wheel drive vehicle option (rental or purchase)
- Air/ground transportation to and from San Jose airport
- Special travel packages and promotions for US cities
- Recreational activities
- Personal shopping
- Child care/babysitting
- Business services
- Catering/meal preparation in your residence
- Private parties and special events
