Purchasing Residences in a Punta Dominical Community

Single Family Homes - If you desire full-ownership, a "suitcase ready" home is available for your family. You may work with a decorator to select custom-made furniture, accessories, appliances, kitchen utensils and equipment, and bath and bedroom linens in a color scheme of your choice.

Rental/Management Program - When you are not using your property, you can make it available for vacation rentals through our professional management company. The income from rentals can offset your costs. See Property Management for more information.
